I’m Anne Richards, a Lead CRM Systems Analyst and full-stack marketing specialist with a passion for CRM automation and communications. My journey started unexpectedly when I was hired as a designer at RHS Canada, but my technical and problem-solving skills quickly led me to specialize in CRM and marketing.

One of my proudest achievements was leading a data integration project that solved a five-year problem by bridging the gap between a custom CRM and HubSpot, which saved 300 man-hours annually, reduced software costs by $400,000, and improved lead quality by 12%.

With a background that spans customer service, design, digital marketing, marketing automation, and project management. I’ve had the privilege of working with brands like Moore’s, Toyota, Husky, and Air Liquide. I thrive on collaborating with cross-functional teams and simplifying technical concepts to create practical solutions.
